It clarifies the terms of returns, exchanges, after-sales consultation and liability division, and is implemented in conjunction with our shipping policy. 1. After-Sales Coverage
All DIY products purchased from SongSongShop are eligible for corresponding after-sales services if they meet one of the following conditions:
- The product has quality issues, including but not limited to damage, missing parts, functional abnormalities, or significant inconsistency with product descriptions.
- Shipping errors on our side, including wrong items, wrong specifications, over-delivery or under-delivery.
- Goods damaged or lost during transportation (valid evidence such as photos or delivery records is required).
- Other situations in compliance with relevant laws and regulations and this policy.
Note: After-sales requests caused by personal reasons such as wrong purchase, no longer needed, or personal preference will be handled in accordance with relevant clauses below.
2. Return Policy

Application Period: Customers may submit a return application within 14 calendar days after receiving the goods. Applications submitted beyond the time limit will not be accepted.

Return Conditions(1) The product is covered by our after-sales policy, and valid order proof can be provided.(2) The product is in original packaging, unused, undamaged, with all complete accessories and resalable condition.(3) Clear photos or videos must be provided for returns due to quality problems or shipping errors.(4) Relevant logistics evidence is required for damaged or lost packages in transit.

Non-Returnable Situations(1) Products that have been used, damaged, incomplete or cannot be resold.(2) Wrong purchase by customers without any quality problems.(3) Unable to provide valid order information.(4) Manually damaged, modified or disassembled products.(5) Return applications exceeding the time limit.(6) Customized products without quality defects.

Return Process(1) Submit a return request via our official website or customer service with related evidence.(2) Our team will review your application within 1–2 working days and notify you of the return address and instructions once approved.(3) Customers are responsible for arranging return shipping by themselves.(4) We will inspect the returned items within 3 working days after receipt.(5) Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Funds usually arrive in 3–7 working days. For free shipping orders, full payment will be refunded. For non-free shipping orders, only product fees will be refunded, excluding original shipping cost.
3. Exchange Policy

Application Period: Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days after package receipt.

Exchange Conditions(1) Products with quality defects or shipping mistakes from our side.(2) Unused and well-packaged products for size or specification exchange of the same item.(3) Valid order information and product photos are required.

Exchange Process(1) Contact customer service to submit an exchange application.(2) We will review your request within 1–2 working days.(3) Customers need to send back the original items.(4) We will ship the replaced goods within 1–3 working days after inspection.(5) Exchanges are only available for different specifications of the same product. Changing to other items is not supported.
4. Liability & Shipping Fee Rules

Responsibility of Our StoreFor quality problems, wrong items, damaged or lost packages caused by us, we will cover return and reshipping fees. We offer free replacement or full refund in such cases.

Responsibility of CustomersCustomers shall bear return shipping fees for personal reason returns or exchanges. Any damage caused by improper storage, manual destruction or incorrect return packaging shall be borne by the customer.
